Wheel Change

Postby JDuck » Fri Nov 18, 2011 9:00 am

Now that I have over 700 miles on my Hill Topper on a 26 inch wheel, I find I would rather have it on a 700c wheel. Any better solution than getting a LBS to put it on a 700c wheel?

JDuck,

I'm not sure what an LBS is, but all you when need to do is get a bike shop to remove the hub motor and build it into a new 700c rim. It's a fairly simple job for a bike mechanic with the proper tools and should run in the $50-100 range depending on what your local shop charges for parts and labor. Thanks and good luck.
