Is my battery dead?
Good question. This most likely is solved by turning the switch on (orange showing) on the battery pack. Try following these steps exactly:
CHARGING the Standard (non-lithium) Battery
1) Plug battery into charger and then plug charger into wall socket.
2) Turn battery switch ON (red plastic showing on switch).
3) When charge is complete, turn off the battery switch, and disconnect all plugs.
Standard (non-lithium) charger light indicator colors:
Red, or slow Red/Green blink: Charging Solid Green: Fully charged
This should solve the problem and charge your battery. If not let me know and I would be happy to help. Thanks.
