About 1 week ago I received here in Spain part of the kits I ordered. I started to install the first one right away; Everything was as described: the look, the easyness to be installed but...when I pressed the on button nothing happened . Then I tried the second kit and...worked intermittently . I mailed Ryan and Mike because I had no clue what was going on and they , after a few questions to locate the problem, sent me a picture with "instructions for dummies" to be followed; support came without blaming me, very fast, easy to understand and we solved the problem in less than 24 hours . Turbulences and shaking during the flight had detached a couple of connectors and they told me how to fix the problem . In addition to the proper response, thanks the feedback, they are going to improve the kits, so that this won´t happen again to anyone.
I think that makes a difference. One always hope nothing to go wrong but , but whenever things should happen, what makes a difference is the fluent and easy communication, the good service this guys offer, people taking into account little mistakes and aiming to perfection. Good product+Good service= dream for a costumer.

Yes, sorry about that complication. We're learning more about the issues with international shipping and have improved the bag and packaging design to get over those challenges. Thanks for the help with that, by the way. I look forward to getting everyone in Europe on a Hill Topper! =)
