My motor died tonite.

Fortunately I was only a few blocks from home. The bike was zipping along normally when suddenly it lost power while making loud clicking noises.
The battery is showing 5 lights, so I'm sure it's not that.
I bought my Hilltopper in October, so thank god I'm under warranty.

I see I need to send it in to you.

I'm having trouble finding my customer number.
You guys can look it up, right?

About how long will it take for replacement?

So sorry to hear this. I'm glad you were close to home when this happened. We of course will help diagnose and repair the problem quickly. Our hope is to get you back on your Hill Topper as soon as possible. Please contact our tech support department and we will quickly get this problem solved.
