Charger working (checked with a volt meter),..first red light then green then red when connected to battery..after an hour it turns green (should have taken 6 hours for the initial charge). When I connect it to the motor and try to start it.. nothing happens.. so I am dead in the water... have requested info from "service" with details and a video of a slight out of true front wheel I received, but as of yet no response.. Any one having any problems with this latest set of batteries they received early in July? Help me get on the road..

i would like to know your end result i to am experiencing the same problem i got caught in the rain on the way home and the hill topper stopped giving power i tried to charge the battery but i dont even see a green light indicating anything....ive tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything nothing happened everything is red i dont understand i thought this would be reliable now i have to wake up extra early to ride to work !!!!
