I was having the same problem with the switch working sometimes and sometimes not. Switch had to be held down rather firmly to work sometimes. Ordered a new switch and now I only get a slight clunking at the hub when I depress it. Not sure what is at fault the battery or the hub. Is there any way of checking the voltage on the battery or any way of checking if the hub is OK?
