I bought a lithum hilltopper in October of 2010. I use it about four times a week and love it. In early May it locked up and just stopped functioning. I contacted tech support (Anthony) and a new one was delivered within 5 working days. I returned the old one in the same box. My new Hilltopper is again working like a charm. It's nice to see a company stand by their product and customers.
