How soon for the 3 pound lithium battery?

We're still working on it, but we don't have a firm release date yet. We're all perfectionists and want the best battery to sell to our customers, so it may still be some time while we test out different designs. We will widely publicize the release. Until then we won't have further info to tell anyone. Thanks and glad to hear you are as excited as we are for the new battery.
